    Housecleaner
    Our Professional Housecleaners are thoroughly trained in our Detail-Clean Rotation System and are expect to execute this training by cleaning 3-5 homes a day.
  • Certified
    Professional Housecleaner
    These individuals have passed the Certified Professional Housecleaner Training Program. They demonstrate the skills they’ve obtained by cleaning 3-5 homes a day and meeting performance goals.
  • Team
    Leader
    In addition to cleaning 3-5 homes a day, a Team Leader will help to mentor new employees and inspect their teammates’ cleaning throughout the day.
  • Trainer
    Trainers are responsible for effectively training new hires through the Professional Housecleaner Training Program.
  • Quality
    Inspector
    Our Quality Inspectors perform daily in-home quality inspections and provides training to our Professional Housecleaners when needed.
  • Assistant
    Manager
    The Assistant Manager oversees the Trainers and Quality Inspectors to ensure quality standards are met, and provides support to the Manager when needed.
  • Manager
    The Manager of an office oversees office staff, ensures quality and daily, weekly, monthly, and annual operational goals are met, and handles all customer service related calls and inquiries.
