Thank you for your interest in our House Cleaner position at our Richmond TX office.

I want to share some information with you about us and the job you have applied for.

We perform interviews Monday through Thursday at 8AM or 2PM (If you are working and need an alternative time, just let us know a good time for you in the "Comments" section)

1st - Our Address - 226 FM 359 Rd, Richmond, TX 77406 - I would encourage you to Google that address and see the distance and projected time it would take to travel to our office, as our Team Members come here daily, by 7:45 AM to join their teammate and get their assignments for the day.

2- This is a Full Time position that we are looking to fill, that is Monday - Friday, starting at 7:45 AM and teams typically finish up between 3:30 - 5:00 PM, on rare occasions, they are out later. And I do mean rare.

3- We work in Teams of 2 and the Team Members take turns in driving their car to the homes to be cleaned - usually one Team Member drives one week, the other Team Member drives the next, and they switch off.

4- Our teams will typically clean 4 homes per day, so it is critical that you love to clean, as you will be doing a lot of it, and if you don't care for cleaning, then it will show up in your work!

5- We have a specific method or process that we use to clean our customers homes, so it is important that it is followed each home, each time. It has served us well over the past 12 years as our office has performed well over 100,000 cleans in our office alone!

*Must be able to pass a local and National Background and driving history check (Sorry, but no criminal history or extreme violations will qualify).
*Must love to clean. Some do, some don't. If you don't like to clean, don't waste your time, it will show in your work.
*Must be reliable. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 5pm. We can't take care of our customers if you aren't here!
*Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. (You'll drive every other week, rotating with your partner).
*Must physically be able to bend, stretch and carry equipment in order to do the job.
